Here are the 10 key responsibilities you can expect from us:

  1. We will inventory and document all of the items in your home on a routine basis.
  2. We will work with the best vendors and tradespeople to ensure quality maintenance and repairs at the best price.
  3. We will always provide written estimates for all work from at least 2 or 3 different companies.
  4. We will ensure all bills, HOA fees, and property taxes are paid promptly and on time.
  5. We will schedule routine maintenance for all major appliances and equipment to ensure it’s in top working condition.
  1. Our concierge team will provide assistance whenever necessary including trip pre-planning as well as on-the-ground support.
  2. We will provide an annual and monthly budget to assist with your financial planning.
  3. We will provide fully reconciled monthly statements that detail all of your monthly expenses complete with all invoices scanned and available to you.
  4. We take care of all your staffing requirements including payroll. We can provide full-time or part-time maids, housemen, chefs, butlers, sommeliers, in-villa spa services, etc.
  5. We will ALWAYS ensure that your home is maintained and serviced to our exacting standards.
